We have 40 high quality industrial / workshop units, ranging from 640 sq ft up to 6,000 sq ft. These are flexible spaces, generally starting from a blank canvas – allowing you to modify as required to suit your business or not-for-profit. The yards and units are accessible by tenants 24/7.
Each industrial unit has its own door with shutter. It also has water supply and own toilet. Most have 3-phase electric and the option of gas. The interior of units varies, as some have mezzanine floors and separate office areas as well as the main workshop area. You can access your unit 24/7.
Each industrial unit comes with 2 parking spaces as standard, securing access to your roller shutter door. Free additional road-side parking is available for 4 hours at the front of the site on a first-come, first-served basis.
Additionally, we are just a 5-minute walk from Grand Central Station for buses and trains, and have a glider stop right beside us. Several tenants also cycle to work – something we strongly encourage!
Unlike many other business parks, we provide general waste and recycling services in our yards so you don’t need to manage your own waste and recycling. We also provide a free confidential waste shredding and recycling service.
We maintain all the exterior of the industrial units and any landlord-installed fixtures and fittings. The buildings are insured by us, though we expect you to have your own public liability, contents and other relevant insurance.
