We have 30 modern, high-specification offices varying in size from 250 – 5,680 sq ft. Working from home isn’t for everyone or for every business, nor is the lack of privacy which comes with a co-working environment. All our office spaces offer your own lockable front door, but with the peace of mind that most of the management of the premises is taken care of by someone else.

Each office has its own door, offering you privacy. You can access your own office 24/7, and we look after the main reception area. We record CCTV 24/7 in all communal areas for peace of mind.
Rather than you paying for space you only use occasionally, offices share communal kitchens and toilets – all recently renovated to a high standard. We look after the maintenance and cleaning of these, as well as the other communal spaces and windows.
We have high quality meeting space which all tenants can book without additional charge. Accompanying this is great break-out space, water coolers and a vending machine for that mid-afternoon pick-me-up!
We look after the maintenance of the building so you don’t have to. We also take care of most of the health & safety concerns office tenants are usually responsible for, including fire detection and alarm testing and maintenance, fire extinguishers, evacuation drills and building access control management.
All offices can access fibre broadband from us at cheaper rates than what is commercially available. Unlike commercial providers, there is no contractual tie-in. Tenants using our broadband benefit from their own virtual network and router, and visitors can access free wifi in meeting rooms and break-out areas.
Tenants can access their offices 24/7/365 .
We insure the buildings, but expect tenants to look after their own public liability, employer’s liability and other relevant insurances.
